The Naked and Famous played to an excited sold out full house at SOhO, where people I’ve never seen in our little town bubble came out in droves.
And you had to fight for a spot to see the band, what with
SOhO having a notoriously short stage and it being sold out and all. But once
you got one, you held your ground.
And you were thankful you did. Indie rock infused with
keyboards and eclectic melodies danced its way around the crowd as the New
Zealand indie rock band set to entertain the masses. It was surprising to
realize just how many popular songs this relatively new band has in circulation.
It seemed that the crowd was able to sing to most and dance to all the songs
they threw at us.
This band has the buzz. And they can deliver.
